Eric
was raised in Boulder and has been active in the local real estate
market for eleven years both as a Real Estate Broker and an investor.
A
graduate of Fairview High School, he attended the U.S. Naval Academy in
Annapolis, Maryland and served as an Officer in the United States
Marine Corps. Early in his real estate career, he was among the top
five brokers in the first eighteen months of employment.
He
graduated from the FBI Academy in Virginia (elected class president as
well as the graduation speaker) and worked as a Federal Agent with the
Drug Enforcement Administration in Texas prior to reentering the real
estate profession.
A
lifetime athlete, Eric enjoys mountaineering and a variety of sports.
His high school and college football honors include: Fairview state
champion team; named to the first team All-State (offense and defense);
Naval Academy team co-captain; Sports Illustrated player of the week;
Division I honorable mention All-American; named to the first team
All-East; played in the Hula Bowl; three-year starter.
Having
traveled throughout Latin American and the world, Eric has broad
cross-cultural experience and is fluent in Spanish. He has a talent for
hunting down good investments and is a firm believer that integrity is
the basis for any relationship. Personable, hardworking, and effective,
Eric is a candidate for real estate's most prestigious designation, the
CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Eric graduated in 2004
fom the University of Colorado with a Masters in Business
Administration.
Eric is married to Brenda, and they have a girl named Paloma and a baby boy named Kai.
Actively involved in the real estate industry in Colorado for over twenty-five years.
Joined
Wright-Kingdom in February 2000 bringing with him extensive experience
in high density residential, commercial, and industrial marketing
analysis and sales, as well as raw land acquisitions and development.
After
working in commercial real estate sales/development has developed a
thorough understanding of the demographics of the Boulder County area.
Tom
has working relationships with qualified professional people who have
the expertise to assist a new owner or tenant in obtaining the
necessary governmental permits required by the City or County of
Boulder to do business in the community.
Tom
has been involved in commercial transactions in other areas of the
State of Colorado, from Grand Junction to the Denver Metro area and
north along the front range to Fort Collins.
Tom
and his wife, Mary Lee relocated to Boulder in 1963. They have raised
three sons who graduated from Fairview High School. Tom's wife is an
established artist showing in various galleries in Boulder. They enjoy
traveling and gardening.
